To ensure maximum customer satisfaction and conformity of products and services, FISC Italiana has prepared an internal protocol that defines its Quality Policy and in which it undertakes to constantly monitor customer needs, employ employees of demonstrated competence, enhance its human resources at every level, and set up a relationship of mutual cooperation and trust with suppliers.

A selection of our items have achieved the quality certification “Istituto Giordano” Technical Body at the forefront of Product Testing and Certification.

In December 2022, IIP certifies FISC Italiana’s environmental management system as compliant with UNI EN ISO14001:2015.

At FISC Italiana we are always evolving to improve ourselves and to make our contribution to increasing environmental awareness and attention. This is why our attention is increasingly focused on the study of green solutions both in production processes, but especially in the development of products with a very low environmental impact.

That is why in 2022 we obtained, FIRST in Italy in the field of plumbing items, the “,Plastic Second Life” CERTIFICATION from the IPPR institute.

IPPR was the first in Italy and Europe to create this “eco-label” for recycled plastic materials and products. The purpose is to certify materials and manufactured goods obtained from the valorization of plastic waste while introducing two very important concepts: quality and traceability of recycled materials.

The “,Plastics Second Life” label has the important mission of promoting and communicating recycled content to highlight the great potential of plastics in realizing the circular economy.
